Profile

I have been married to Walter for 45 years. We have two children. Catherine is a teacher who lives in Polokwane. Wayne is a project manager for a Cape Town company and is engaged to a lovely young lady, Anelle.

Walter is supportive of my crafting endeavours, either by being my critic or buying me "machines" to help me with my crafts.

I have a Cricut (cutting) machine which I just love as well as a Trouvaille and a Cuttlebug, both use dies to cut and emboss.

I started making cards seriously 18 months ago when I attended classes at Country Crafts with Hendrien Vosloo. More recently I have been invited to also give some classes.

VICTORIAN ROMANCE

My daughter, Catherine and husband Walter gave me two Cricut Cartridges for my birthday.  Lucky me.  The first card I made using the above cartridge turned out to be a bit dull!!  However, I showed two friends how to make the card and we used browns instead of the greys - much nicer I think.
